The world’s most famous and prestigious tennis tournament is, of course, Wimbledon.
Founded in 1877, the Wimbledon tournament has been held every year since, with five main events for tennis’ elite to compete in:

- Ladies' Doubles
- Mixed Doubles
The BBC has broadcast the tournament ever since 1937 and is synonymous with Wimbledon but it is shown around the globe for the whole world to enjoy.
