Las Ramblas

One of the most famous streets in the world, Las Ramblas is one of the must-sees on a visit to Barcelona. This tree-lined thoroughfare is dotted with cafes, bars, restaurants and souvenir shops as well as buskers and street performers.

With a stroll along Las Ramblas you’ll see a number of historic buildings too including the Liceu Theatre, La Boqueria market and the Palace of the Virreina. Venture off down one of the side streets to find the Placa Reial – a palm tree filled plaza home to a great selection of bars and restaurants.
