The Basilica I Temple Expiatori de la Sagrada Familia is one of the most famous sights in the world. This large Roman Catholic church in Barcelona was designed by famous Catalan architect Antoni Gaudi. Construction began in 1882 and has still not finished! The predicted completion date now stands at 2026 and despite the church being incomplete it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most visited buildings in Spain.
This striking structure is equally magnificent inside as it is on the outside with incredible intricate design and attention to detail in every part of the church. Visitors can access the Nave, Crypt, museum, Passion and Nativity towers as well as the shop.
Tickets can be purchased in advance online and all proceeds from tickets is used to help fund the on-going work on the church.
