Recently awarded a Michelin Star, Adam's is fast becoming ‘the place’ to dine in Birmingham. Adam's is a contemporary fine dining restaurant in the centre of Birmingham run by Chef Adam Stokes. Opened in 2012 the restaurant soon grew a following and was awarded a Michelin star merely six months after, making it only the fourth restaurant in Birmingham to have such an accolade.
The food aims to be a sophisticated blend of classic flavours with a modern twist. The restaurant offers a range of tasting menus which have included dishes such as pheasant with celeriac tarragon and crispy button mushrooms, and scallops with tempura eel, baby leeks and sorrel. There is also a separate lunch menu which is served from 12 noon until 2pm.
