Things to do in Barcelona

Barcelona is a hub of culture, art and architecture. With the well-known architect Gaudí’s most famous works displayed all around the city, there is plenty to get your teeth stuck into while discovering the city.  

History 

La Sagrada Familia is known as Antoni Gaudí’s most famous work. After taking over the project from architect Francisco de Paula Del Villar in 1883, Gaudi continued the work up until his death in 1926. The monument is said to be a universal masterpiece combining all symbols of Christianity and is scheduled to be completed in 2026, a century after Gaudí’s death.

While in Barcelona the trip wouldn’t be complete without seeing Barcelona’s magical house - Casa Batlló. The project started with Mr Josep Batlló giving complete creative freedom to Antoni Gaudí who transformed the house during 1904 and 1906 to what it is today. 

Nightlife
