This exciting, modern restaurant was opened in 2011 and is in a great location – just down from Cardiff castle. A quirky note worth a mention is that the restaurant is located in a former bank vault underneath the city!
The menu is always kept fresh and is frequently changed. The food is predominately British but with a touch of French and New York influences. The chef likes to keep the menu seasonal and strives to ensure the ingredients are locally sourced.
