    The Stay Residence provides sleek serviced accommodation in the Martinsried district on the outskirts of Munich. Martinsried is commonly known throughout the city as the Science Suburb due to it being home a range of well-respected cultural institutions such as the Max-Planck Institute of Biochemistry. Guests will be just over a 20 minute walk from Klinikum Großhadern subway station, which will provide guests with quick and easy access to central areas of Munich and the city’s biggest sights and attractions.

    Housed within large modern developments, these apartments are welcoming, stylish and complete with a minimalist décor and attractive furnishings. The studio apartment is approximately 18 square metres in overall size, the one bedroom apartment is 45 square metres and the two bedroom apartment is 70 square metres. Kitchen areas are refined, well-presented and equipped with a combination microwave in addition to a number of other necessary appliances. Guests will be provided with access to free wireless internet and may also request a sofa bed, fold out bed and infant’s cot for an added fee. Maid service is provided weekly, on-site parking is available for an additional cost and guests can rely on a 24 hour reception.

The nearby Klinikum Großhadern can be used to reach central Munich in no more than 40 minutes. Munich International airport is 51 kilometres away.
