Home of the Rugby Union, Twickenham Stadium is the worlds largest stadium solely used for rugby, though it does also host charity music concerts through the year. For rugby fans the stadium tour and a visit to the World of Rugby museum are a must during your stay. Eel Pie Island is an island in the River Thames at Twickenham, it can be reached by footbridge or boat. The island is home to artists and a couple of small businesses but remains private for the most part of the year and is only opened to public a couple of weekends a year.
