Recognised as the most loved park in London, Hyde Park has so much to offer through the acres of greenery such as monuments, memorials and sensational gardens. With almost every outdoor pursuit ranging from roller-skating to horse riding and even cricket, there are always activities you can take part in or simply soak up the uplifting atmosphere.

Hyde Park is one of the main tourist attractions to visit, located in central London with plenty of tube stations surrounding the park such as Hyde Park Corner, Knightsbridge, Queensway, Lancaster Gate and Marble Arch, all providing excellent links to other areas of London. On one of London's brighter days, you can enjoy a day on the Serpentine Lake by hiring out either a rowing or pedal boat. If you would prefer to leave all of the hard work to a captain, take a trip on the Solar Shuttle which travels through Hyde Park and holds up to 40 passengers.

Fancy a spot of lunch? Enjoy the breathtaking views of the park with an afternoon picnic. Alternatively, you can stroll to The Lido Café or the Serpentine Bar and Kitchen where you can relish in being waited on indoor or out. You may also be interested to observe or take part in the free public speech at Speakers’ Corner, where crowds gather to hear peoples’ opinions and beliefs with impunity.

During the Christmas period, you can visit Winter Wonderland which is featured within Hyde Park. With an ice rink, funfair and circus there are plenty of activities to keep you busy until 10 pm in the evening! There are also Christmas Markets with authentic German food along with unique gifts and souvenirs.
